I have had so much fun making these. I love mixing disciplines.

This project will include building a soldered ‘crown’ or headpiece to be attached to a substrate with a mirror and pieces of trim from a decorative plate. This is tricky to describe but the results are delightful. I will supply everything except a decorative plate, although I usually have a few plates you can borrow from. The picture below includes a piece made for a friend of mine who had broken her mother’s teapot.

You must bring your own soldering supplies or have me put together a kit for you. This class is for experienced soldering/mosaic artists or complete beginners. Of course, we always learn new things in class.

Cost is $325 and includes substrate, materials but not soldering supplies and a plate.
